WHAT: The (24) one hour sessions consist of conditioning, strength/resistance training, agility drills, core training and lacrosse skills. Players will be challenged to improve every aspect of their lacrosse game and will be introduced to agility ladders, parachute training, resistance bands and resistance balls.
WHEN: Mondays/Thursdays; 3:30-4:30 PM; November 9, 2009 thru February 25, 2010.
